You heard it. Country music’s hottest couple have filed for divorce today in Oklahoma. Blake and Miranda provided a joint statement to Associated Press:
“This is not the future we envisioned. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”
Neither of them have posted any comments on their social media accounts as of yet.
Miranda’s first marriage, Blake’s second; after 4 years it is reported that Blake filed the divorce. According to multiple news sources they had a prenup in place and have already begun dividing assets.
