Dierks Bentley is back at Sunfest by popular demand. The 11 time Grammy nominee is set to play Sunfest for a second time, since making his debut at the event in 2012. One of country music’s top male artists, Bentley has had a big 2016, with several chart topping hits early into the year.

As the lead signer of the multi-platinum Canadian rock group ‘Default,’ Dallas Smith needs little introduction. The Canadian music icon became increasingly interested in crafting the music on which he grew up on, and in 2013 released his first country album ‘Jumped Right In.’ Nominated for 5 Canadian Country Music Association Awards and Country Album of The Year during the 2013 Juno’s, Smith transitioned into the country scene flawlessly. In 2015, Smith released his second album ‘Lifted’ and won Country Album of The Year at this past years Juno’s. In less than two years, Dallas Smith has toured with country giants Keith Urban, Thomas Rhett and Florida Georgia Line.

Twenty-two year old Chase Bryant’s life has been defined by music. Raised in Orange Grove Texas, Bryant’s Grandfather played piano in both Roy Orbison’s and Waylon Jennings bands, while his uncles later formed the popular 1990’s band ‘Ricochet.’ Singed to RED BOW Records based on samples from his closet song recordings, the young performer made Rolling Stone’s ‘Top 10 Country Artists to Watch for 2015,’ and is making a quick name for himself in the country music world.

Brothers Brad and Curtis Rempel, the duo behind ‘High Valley,’ are true

home-grown Canadian country boys, hailing from a 1,400 acre farm in Northern Alberta. Combing elements of bluegrass, classic country and pop, ‘High Valley’s’ music has been coined pop-grass and has a sound all its own. Brothers Brad and Curtis, who have recently toured with Alan Jackson, Shania Twain and Little Big Town have also recently won 10 GMA Canada Covenant Awards and have been nominated for several Juno awards.

One of Canada’s highest selling country artist trios in history, The Road Hammers are a band anyone can truly appreciate. Sowing country music together with rock, the band of 3 have seen many accolades including 2005 & 2006 CCMA Group of The Year and recently, nominated for the CCMA 2014 Group of The Year. Their self-titled album ‘The Road Hammers’ went platinum within its first year and the trio has seen 6 top 10 hits in Canada.

Tareya Green and Mike Robins had immediate chemistry when they sang together at a Wax Records holiday party and decided to form the country-pop duo Autumn Hill. Their 2013 debut album, Favourite Mistake, named after their first co-write, yielded three Top 20 hits, Juno and CCMA nominations, and a crossover hit at pop radio with debut Anything At All – the first Canadian country act to accomplish this feat since Shania Twain. Following a year of touring and recording internationally, Autumn Hill has solidified a connection with their fans, and found a confident new direction on their sophomore album, Anchor.

Aside from hosting Nashville’s top country artists each year, Sunfest takes great pride in leveraging local up-and-coming country talent from Canada and beyond. Weekend Passes, Single Day Tickets and camping are on sale now and can be purchased at www.sunfestconcerts.com.
