The 32-year-old country star, Carrie Underwood, released her fifth studio album, “Storyteller,” last week, and we’ve chosen it as Top Country’s Pick Of The Week! The album includes a ballad called ‘What I Never Knew I Always Wanted’ that pays tribute to the two men in her life — her husband, NHL (Nashville Predators) player Mike Fisher, and their son, Isaiah.
In an article on ABC, Carrie states, “I mean, that kind of sums it up, both of them,” Underwood said. “I always assumed a family was in the future, but I wasn’t, you know, ‘Oh my gosh, I can’t wait to have kids,’ and I kind of took a more laid-back approach to the whole thing. Now I couldn’t imagine my life without either one of them.”
The album includes 13 songs, with ‘Smoke Break‘, ‘Heartbeat‘ and ‘What I Never Knew I Always Wanted‘ topping the popularity charts.
1. “Renegade Runaway”
2. “Dirty Laundry”
3. “Church Bells”
