Country music fans are known for their love of beer. It’s a fact. Whether you enjoy ales, pilsners, stouts or lagers, we can all agree that beer and country music go together like peanut butter and jam! April 7th is Beer Day so what better way to celebrate then by raising a pint (or can, or bottle) to the best beverage in the world. It tells the tale of a man being at a “crossroads” in his life and struggling with certain decisions he has to make for himself. Off of The Reklaws’ new EP Long Live The Night, this song about forgetting your ex and enjoying an ice cold beer features James Barker Band. The Reklaws and James Barker Band do a fantastic job of portraying beer as a great date for the evening. We feel that there will be plenty more great songs about beer to come from The Reklaws!

This Grammy nominated duet by country legends Toby Keith and Willie Nelson is about a couple of vigilantes drinking and celebrating after successfully completing their work. “Beer For My Horses” made Willie Nelson the oldest artist to top the country charts at age 70 in the year 2002.
