The top 6 CCMA Discovery Program finalists have been announced!
The Discovery Program, now in its second year, is an initiative to educate and support Canadian country artists in their pursuit of a career in the music industry. The 6 finalists will be flown to Toronto in May where they will reap the benefits of an exclusive Music Industry Discovery Week and they will be paired with an established Canadian artist for a summer Mentorship Program. During Country Music Week in Edmonton the finalists will perform at a CCMA Discovery Showcase and one exceptional finalist will be selected by an industry jury to receive the CCMA Dsicovery Award.
