Pichette departs Emerson Drive

After 10 years as the fiddle player for the CCMA Award winning band Emerson Drive, David Pichette is stepping down from touring. Pichette told Roughstock.com, “With my third child on the way, it is time for me to focus on my family and come off the road. It was a tough decision to make because this band has been like family to me for so many years. The guys understand where I’m coming from, and I wish them all the best with what the future holds for each of them personally and professionally.

“Although I won’t be sharing the stage with them any time soon, I am still actively involved behind the scenes with the band and will be helping out for the success of the band for years to come,” Pichette adds.

Pichette recently started his own company in Las Vegas, Nevada – Meadows Mixed Media – and has directed several of the band’s latest videos including ‘She’s My Kind of Crazy’, and their latest single ‘With You. He’s also been busy working on several projects with other artists.

We wish David, his wife Jill, and their daughters all the best.
