Brantley Gilbert and Chris Young are set to make cameos on ABC’s hit drama, Nashville. The guys’ will play themselves on the episode, which airs on Wednesday January 23rd, attending a party for the success of Hayden Panettiere and Connie Britton’s characters’ song.
Chris Young told The Boot, “I actually really like the show. You always get nervous anytime somebody wants to do a show in your hometown, but I don’t think that would change even if it wasn’t a music town. Obviously being the home of country music, all of the people that are musicians are nervous … I think if they did a show called ‘Philadelphia,’ anybody who lived in Philadelphia would be going, ‘Oh my God, I hope they don’t screw this up.’ Being from Murfreesboro, basically the Nashville area, I love how they portray what the city looks like. I think they use some really great shots.”
Both Brantley and Chris have just released new singles, ‘More Than Miles’, and ‘I Can Take It From There’, respectively.
