Garth Brooks announced today (July 10, 2014) that he’s returning to country music with a new Sony Music record deal, a world tour and digital sales of his catalog.
Although Brooks didn’t specify a release date or timeline for the new album he did say that his new album might be a double album as he has so much to say after his lengthy absence and that we should hear new Garth Brooks music “sometime in the next 2 months”.
As for digitally releasing his music, again, there aren’t many specifics but it will be available in 2-3 weeks on his website.
