Garth Brooks and others inducted into Hall of Fame

Sunday night at the Country Music Hall of Fame, some of country music’s finest gathered in downtown Nashville to celebrate the success of Hargus ‘Pig’ Robbins, Connie Smith, and Garth Brooks. Those in attendance included Ronnie Dunn, Barbara Mandrell, Emmylou Harris, Trisha Yearwood, Vince Gill, among countless others.

Artists performed tributes to Pig, Connie and Garth. Bob Seger sang Garth’s hit ‘That Summer’, James Taylor sang ‘The River’, and Garth’s hero George Strait performed ‘Much Too Young (To Feel This Damn Old)’, as well as inducted him into the Hall of Fame.

A highlight reel of the night’s festivities is below. On behalf of everyone here at Top Country, congratulations going out to Mr. Robbins, Ms. Smith, and Mr. Garth Brooks on your inductions to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
