Holiday Train chugs into town full of country talent

The CP Holiday Train kicks off it’s 15th year by making its first stop tonight in Kahnawake, Quebec!

To celebrate their 15th year CP has the biggest lineup of entertainment in Holiday Train history! Canadian country stars Crystal Shawanda, Jim Cuddy & Doc Walker join the lineup on the Canadian Train alongside Melanie Doane, Brothers Dube and Matt Dusk. The Canadian Train will embark on its three-week journey on November 26th from Beaconsfield, Quebec and finishes up in Port Coquitlam, BC on December 16th.

Performing on the U.S. Train this year are The Claytones, Willy Porter, Tracey Brown and Roxanne Potvin. The U.S. Train starts its journey tonight, making its first stop in Kahnawake, Quebec and then it moves on to Delson and LaColle, Quebec before heading to the North East U.S., Southern Ontario, the U.S. Midwest, and finishing up in Saskatchewan on December 19th.

There will also be three signature events held to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the CP Holiday Train in Hamilton, Calgary and Cottage Grove. The special stops will include performances by Sheryl Crow, Sarah McLachlan, Tom Cochrane with Red Rider, The Tenors, Great Big Sea, Matt Dusk, Natalie MacMaster and Take 6.
