One thing that American Idol LOVES to do is bring back their (successful) Alumni and this year is no exception!
One of my favourite country girls KELLIE PICKLER (Season 5) will be hitting the Idol stage tonight.

Apparently the deal was in the works and she hinted at it in her tweets last week :
“I just got some really BIG EXCITING news!! Cant wait to share it with y’all NEXT WEEK! ;-)”
Kellie will be performing her new single ‘Where’s Tammy Wynette?’ from her new CD 100 Proof. Can’t wait to hear it! I will say that I’m looking forward to Kellie but kind of disappointed that Simon won’t be there to get her going!
Idol continues to be #1 in the ratings despite music industry types saying it’s “ruining” the music biz and creating mediocre talent. Other upcoming Alumni performances include Kris Allen, Adam Lambert and James Durbin (who all seem to be in need of career boosts).
