Julianne Hough has found love again after her split last year with Ryan Seacrest. Julianne was spotted once again holding hands with boyfriend Brooks Laich in West Hollywood today. Brooks is a NHL hockey player who was born in Wawota, Saskatchewan and plays for the Washington Capitals.
