#1: Coconut oil!
I use coconut oil as a hair mask, on my eyeslashes on makeup free days and to keep my skin nourished and hydrated all year round. It is my most used product for sure.
#2: Let your hair air dry!
I started saying no to the blow dryer years ago and I feel like it has made such a difference in maintaining the health of my hair. Limiting your use of hot tools prevents breakage and dryness. I use Lush Sea Spray on my air dried hair to create the perfect beachy waves.
