Bell Let’s Talk Day is a national Canadian multi-media campaign, run by Bell, that focuses on reducing the stigma of mental illness and engages Canadians in the dialogue around mental health.

On Jan 31, Bell donates 5¢ for every tweet and retweet using #BellLetsTalk. See how your favourite country singers from Shania Twain to Tim Hicks are helping the cause.

November 14th 2017 I wrote this with a constant stream of tears rolling down my face. I woke up that day and I felt weak, alone, scared and way to vulnerable.
