Founder of footwear line Crocs, George Boedecker was arrested this weekend in Boulder, Colorado, for drinking and driving.

According to the Denver Post, police were called after a witness spotted Boedecker passed out in the driver’s seat of his Porsche, which was still running and was parked on a sidewalk. Upon waking up, Boedecker said he actually was not driving — his girlfriend Taylor Swift was. Apparently, he was clearly impaired with slurred speech and the smell of alcohol on his breath. He claimed that he and Taylor had gotten in an argument and she had run off. According to police, when they asked him where she went he said “Nashville”.

Boedecker is now free on a $500 bond but this isn’t his first run in with the law as he was arrested in 2006 for trespassing and threatening to slit the throat of his sister’s ex-husband.
