Niagara native Tim Hicks is one of country music’s hottest new stars and his new album, Throw Down is aptly named, packed full of fun-inducing party songs you’ll want to listen to again and again.
“Get By”, the first single off the album was certified gold, dominating the digital charts as the #1 selling Canadian country single for more than 17 weeks while the second single, “Hell Raisin’ Good Time” has rocketed into the Top 10 and was the #1 most added song at Canadian country radio upon its release. Tim’s nominated for the CCMA Rising Star of the Year award at this year’s Canadian Country Music Awards and he recently announced his first headlining tour, the Throw Down Club Tour which will see him playing 14 dates across Canada beginning in September.
The album features collaborations & co-writes with Jeff Coplan, Neil Sanderson, Jason Blaine and my personal favourite from the album “Got a Feeling” which features the guys of Blackjack Billy (The Booze Cruise).
