Listen to Dan Davidson’s Debut EP Songs for Georgia
Dan Davidson released his debut EP Songs for Georgia today! We can’t wait to see him on the road with Brett Kissel this winter for the ‘We Were That Song Tour’. Kicking off in Davidson’s hometown province of Alberta, Dan will warm up the stage in 25 cities across the country throughout the months of January, February and March.
Songs for Georgia features fan favourites “Say We Did”, “Barn Burner” and “Found”, as well as three more songs! Dan Davidson mixes it up with “No Last Call”, the country-rock party anthem. If you’re a fan of Florida Georgia Line, you’ll love “Unkiss Her”. The EP concludes with “Cigarettes”, slowing it down with lyrics that will pull on all of your heartstrings like “I wanna be like your cigarettes, I wanna be something you can’t quit”.
Listen to the EP below, we know you’re gonna love it as much as we do!
We caught up with Dan Davidson at the CCMA Awards in Saskatoon back in September. He shared two truths and a lie (Brett Kissel themed)…
Top Country Secrets with Dan Davidson (Brett Kissel Themed)
Can you guess the lie?? (no peaking!)
1. “Brett Kissel and I played hockey against each other as kids”
2. “Brett Kissel’s dog has pooped on my living room floor”
3. “One time, I messed up an entire song when Brett Kissel pulled me onstage”
Time to guess!
Dan Davidson reveals his Top Country Secrets…
1. “I’ve never played hockey against Brett…he would probably destroy me…”
2. “Brett Kissel’s dog really did poop on my living room floor, it was hilarious and I’m going to hold it over his head forever.”
3. “Brett Kissel pulled me up onstage and I was supposed to learn “Raise Your Glass” for his set and I thought he meant the Pink cover for some reason…so I learned the Pink song. He pulled me up onstage and it was kind of just like me doing hype stuff like “YA BRETT KISSEL EVERYBODY”
